A Note from the Author

This website is a personal project that began in October 2007 by Jim McIntyre, a native of Tri-Cities for over 50 years. One evening he started searching the Internet for anything he could find out about this area... and he is still searching. He has found tidbits worthy to publish buried 30-50 pages deep in search results and has developed the fine art of Internet dumpster diving!

As a consequence of his initial research his bookmarks became unmanageable. So he decided to publish a website to help organize this vast amount of information. The initial version of this website was published in December 2007 and both major and minor updates have been published since then. All references provided are for informational purposes, only.
